VOLUNTEERING

Many hands, light work

Volunteers are a vital part of Hospice of Warren County and critical to our mission of providing compassionate end-of-life care to our neighbors. We provide a wide variety of volunteer services to our patients and their caregivers. Some volunteer opportunities include spending time with patients, helping at our Hospice Residence, connecting with recently bereaved families, or completing administrative tasks at the Hospice office. Hospice Volunteers are truly able to follow their heart in choosing their own journey, the possibilities are endless!

Hospice of Warren County’s Volunteer Training program is offered one evening per week for six weeks each spring. Prospective Volunteers learn about Hospice of Warren County’s rich history, the hospice philosophy, patient care, and the process of grief. Please contact Volunteer Coordinator Lindsay Bevevino at 814-723-2455 if you are interested in learning more about our volunteer services today!
