The Hospice House residence is an option for individuals (guests) managing their life limiting illness, while under the care of Hospice of Warren County.

The residence is an exceptional, serene alternative to skilled care facilities, providing a home away from home experience, for guests, families, and friends.

With the goal of assuring the highest quality of life, our highly skilled hospice team provides personalized, around-the-clock care.  The residence provides guests with exceptional care, and caregivers the assurance that their loved one is being cared for and nurtured during this difficult time.   

Designed with cozy spaces for privacy and shared open spaces where companionship is most important, 3-bedroom residence is available on a first come first served basis.

Why would I want to be there?

Hospice of Warren County understands that not everyone is able or capable of staying home to care for their loved one.   

Residence is an option for patients and their families who desire or require additional support to meet the ever-increasing caregiving needs of their loved one.    

Some people don’t want to die at home. Others want to but find the choice too difficult for their support system.

24/7 care is provided by our highly skilled hospice care team.  Care is personalized to each of our guests and their families.    

The John & Orpha Blair Residence is the highest quality hospice care you can receive in Warren County.  Our guest to staff ratio never exceeds 3:1.
