Opportunities for Giving to Hospice of Warren County
Thank you for considering a gift to Hospice of Warren County, the area’s
only non-profit agency dedicated solely to the care of the terminally ill.
We welcome and depend upon contributions from the community to assure
that our services are available to all who seek our assistance. Because of the
support we receive from people like you, no one is ever turned away because
of an inability to pay.

If you are considering making a donation to Hospice of Warren County,
we would very much appreciate any of the following:
• Memorial Contributions made in memory of someone who has died;
• Cash Contributions;
• Planned Gifts, which will be given to Hospice of Warren County at some
point in the future, including trusts, life insurance, stocks or bequests to
our endowment.

Memorial Contributions
If you would like to make a memorial contribution in memory of someone
who has died, please make checks payable to: Hospice of Warren County

When making a memorial contribution, please tell us:
• Name of the Deceased
• Your Name
• Your Address
• Your Daytime Phone
• Name and Address of Deceased Person’s Family Member
(so that we can notify them of the gift you make in memory
of their loved one)

Hospice will acknowledge receipt of your gift within one business week
after receiving it; the family member of the deceased, whom you have
asked to be notified of your gift, will be contacted at the same time.
The amount of your gift will NOT be shared with the family member.

Planned Gifts
Please Remember Hospice of Warren County In Your Estate Plan.
As you plan your estate, we encourage you to consider a charitable
contribution to Hospice of Warren County. Your gift will:
• Ensure delivery of exceptional hospice care far into the future;
• Provide a permanent source of income for Hospice of Warren County
to carry out the charitable purposes of the agency – assuring no patient
will ever be turned away because of an inability to pay;
• Perpetuate Hospice of Warren County as a center of medical excellence
and education for end-of-life care, enabling us to train health care volunteers
and professionals in the art and skill of Hospice and Palliative Care Service;
• Preserve the independence and integrity of Hospice of Warren County as
