Opportunities for Giving to Hospice of Warren County

Thank you for considering a gift to Hospice of Warren County, the area’s only non-profit agency dedicated solely to the care of the seriously and terminally ill and bereaved.  We welcome and depend upon contributions from the community to assure that our services are available to all who seek our assistance.  Because of the support we receive from people like you, no one is ever turned away because of an inability to pay.

If you are considering making a donation to Hospice of Warren County, there are many ways to donate:

  • Memorial Contributions made in memory of someone who has died;
  • To Honor Contributions to honor a living person
  • Cash Contributions
  • Credit transactions via credit card
  • Planned Gifts, which will be given to Hospice of Warren County at some point in the future, including trusts, life insurance, stocks or bequests to our Endowment.

If you would like to make a memorial contribution in memory of someone who has died, or in honor of someone living, please make checks payable to:

  • Name of the deceased / honored individual
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Name and address of person you would like us to send acknowledgment to regarding your gift. The amount of your gift will NOT be shared with this individual.

Planned Gifts

Please remember Hospice of Warren County in your estate plan.

As you plan your estate, we encourage you to consider a charitable contribution to Hospice of Warren County.  Your gift will:

  • Ensure delivery of exceptional hospice and palliative care and grief counseling and support far into the future;
  • Provide a permanent source of income for Hospice o fWarren County to carry out the charitable purpose of the agency – assuring no patient will ever be turned away because of an inability to pay;
